Welcome! Our Studio is for everybody and every body – You can attend our classes anytime. Classes have modifications to cater for everyone’s fitness journeys.

If You would like to have a bit more attention before joining a group class, You can book a private session or semi-private, please email the Studio.  

CLASSES: For safety and class etiquette, please bring grippy socks and a towel. They are available for purchase via the Store section in the app. For Yoga, Barre and Mat Pilates, mats are available at the Studio, however You are welcome to bring Your own anytime. For Punch Pilates we provide boxing gloves, but for hygiene reasons, please bring boxing inners or purchase them via the app. 

Remember to bring Your water bottle, and a smile is a must!

SAUNA: Please bring a towel to sit on and a towel to wipe down Your body after the sauna session. See the Infrared Sauna page for info.

Please do not bring any valuables into the Studio as we do not take responsibility for lost items.

The reformer machine consists of a bed-like sliding carriage, straps on a pulley system and different weighted springs that provide varying levels of resistance.  Its magic lies in endless varieties of high energy, low impact exercises, keeping You challenged in every class while You are strengthening from head to toe and improving Your flexibility.

Your Instructor will give You the optimal spring tension as well as options to go lighter or stronger.

Once You have purchased a Membership in the Membership section, You can start booking in Your classes via the Timetable. Classes can be booked in 4 weeks in advance if You have a Pack or 2 weeks for Weekly memberships.

Alternatively You can manage Your account via the Log in section on the Timetable page on the website.

Bookings and cancellations cannot be made via phone, email or social media. 

Members with Packs can book classes 4 weeks in advance and Members on Weekly memberships can book in 2 weeks in advance.

You can cancel Your booking up to 4 hours before the class start time to retain the class credit.

The 4 hour cancelation policy is to ensure every Member has sufficient time  to book a cancelled class placement and get ready for the class.

If You do not cancel 4 hours before the start time, You will forfeit the class credit. No additional fees are charged for no shows or late cancellations.

Please note all cancellations are done via the app or website.

To check Your class credits and their expiry date, head to the app. Click on the profile icon in the top left corner, find Credits and You will find all the info there. 

Packs and Single passes are valid for any class of Your choice. You can book in classes up to 4 weeks in advance. 

Pack/Pass validity from date of purchase:

  • Welcome Offer – 5 weeks. 
  • Single Pass – one month.
  • 10 pack – six months.
  • 20 pack – ten months.
  • 50 pack – one year.
  • 80 pack – 18 months.
  • Infrared Sauna 10 Pack – six months.
  • Infrared Sauna 20 Pack – one year.

No refunds, suspensions, transfers or extensions available.

Weekly memberships are automatically processed via the nominated credit card or debit card each week on Your chosen start day. Your payment covers classes from that day of the week, for 7 days. 

To change to another Weekly membership, please email the Studio studio@addictedtopilates.com.au at least a week prior to the next payment.

Weekly memberships can be put on hold for up to six weeks per year. Please provide seven days’ notice with the dates prior to the next payment cycle via email to studio@addictedtopilates.com.au. Holds are available in seven-day increments and cannot be backdated. 

We require at least one week’s written notice prior to next payment cycle to terminate weekly memberships. Please email the termination request to studio@addictedtopilates.com.au.  

In case of injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, membership termination will occur from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor. 

No refunds, suspensions, transfers or extensions available. 

All Single Passes, Class Packs and Sauna Packs cannot be put on hold, extended or transferred as per our T&Cs.

If a class is full, You can add Yourself to the Waitlist – more often than not You will get a spot in that class. You will see Your position on the Waitlist and as soon as a spot becomes available for You, You will get an email notification that You have been booked in. You can also check the booking in Your Bookings section in the app.

Please note if You are on the Waitlist for an early morning class, You should check in the evening and in the morning if You have been added to the class. Please remember to cancel on time and within the 4 hour cancellation policy if You cannot attend to retain the class credit.

Please seek medical advice and approval if You are in any doubt about Your ability to engage in exercise. Always make sure to inform the Instructor so that any required modifications can be made for You in class, however we do not offer injury rehabilitation sessions.

Congratulations! Our Dynamic Mat, Barre, and Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for Prenatal and Postnatal Members. Please let Your Instructor know that You are pregnant/postnatal. Head to the Timetable page or app for class times or to Classes page for class descriptions.

Please email Your clearance to exercise from Your GP or Obstetrician prior to Your first class. 

Members aged 13+ are welcome to attend our Mat Pilates, Barre Burn or Hatha Yoga classes. For Reformer classes, Members have to be 16+. 
Please create an account for your child in the app. Click on your profile icon in the top left corner and head to Family account. 

You can gift the gift of feeling great by purchasing gift cards via the app. Alternatively You can email the Studio.

Gift cards do not have an expiry date, however once activated the applicable rules for expiry as per T&Cs apply.

Please note You do not need to be a Member to purchase a gift card.

Print vouchers are available – contact the Studio for pick up.

You can hire our magical, spacious, light-filled Yoga/Mat/Barre Studio for workshops, classes, photo shoots, video shoots and meetings. Please note we do not hire the space for birthday parties.

If you would like us to organise a class for You that is part of a Hen’s party, office Christmas party or team building events, please see FAQ section below ‘Classes for Hen’s, Christmas parties & team building’.

There are casual or one off rates and recurring rates for Studio hire. 

Casual or one off hire: Casual 1 hour rate: $100 excl. GST, plus set up time and pack down time. Casual half day rate or 4 hours: $250 excl. GST. Casual whole day rate or eight hours: $500 excl. GST.

Recurring hire: Discounts available for recurring venue hire and for Non Profit organisations. Please email us for more information. Thank You.
