Would You like to be part of a small group of women who meet once a month to support each other and learn new skills?
Women’s circles are facilitated to assist you to cultivate the practice and importance of self care, to consider practical strategies and identify ways to manage and navigate through uncertainty, difficulties or disruptions, whilst being cognisant of your situation and context.
These events are an opportunity to build positive connections in an open explorative space, free of judgement. Together we explore the wisdom of women of all ages and backgrounds to support and offer alternative perspectives and insights with compassion, honesty, intellect and acumen. Through introspection, self compassion and developing character strengths we build on practical resources you can use to promote and encourage your wellbeing, to reflect with an open heart and feel uplifted, energised and inspired to reach your full potential.
The first Women’s Circle at Addicted to Pilates will be held on Sunday 15th May, 9:30-11:30 am.
