Welcome to Addicted to Pilates, a boutique Pilates studio in Oatley offering thoughtfully programmed Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes in a warm, refined Studio environment. Our classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen and energise the body while supporting mindful movement and long-term wellbeing.
Whether You are new to Pilates or an experienced mover, our expertly led classes focus on intelligent sequencing, quality instruction and a premium Studio experience. From strength-based Reformer sessions to restorative stretch classes, every offering is designed to help You move better, feel stronger and leave glowing.

TOTAL BODY REFORMER
Total Body Reformer is our signature class, designed to deliver a complete, feel-good workout through flowing movement and intelligent sequencing. Each session moves seamlessly from one exercise to the next, creating a balanced, dynamic experience that feels fresh every time. Working on the Reformer machine with a variety of props, the class builds strength, control and endurance while allowing space to progress as Your practice develops. Adjustable springs and clear guidance from experienced Instructors make this class welcoming for beginners, while still offering depth and challenge for those with more Pilates experience. Total Body Reformer is ideal if You are new to Pilates, returning after a break or looking for a supportive beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class in Oatley. The focus on posture, coordination and body awareness helps establish a strong foundation and supports long-term movement confidence. STRONG REFORMER
The ultimate whole body workout on the reformer machine that combines strength training, intense bursts of activity and slower, controlled movements. This class is sprinkled with intervals of stronger spring tensions and weights, and is perfectly balanced with low-intensity movements. Get ready to push your limits – you will leave the class feeling energised, accomplished and very sweaty. 40 minutes. Age 16+
STRETCH REFORMER
Stretch Reformer is a restorative Reformer Pilates class designed to improve flexibility, release tension and support greater freedom of movement throughout the body. Using the Reformer’s spring resistance, this class helps You access deeper, more supported stretches that are difficult to achieve on the mat alone. This 40-minute Reformer Pilates Stretch class focuses on lengthening the muscles, opening tight areas and improving overall mobility through slow, controlled movement and breath. Thoughtfully sequenced and deeply satisfying, the class leaves You feeling lighter, longer and more at ease in Your body. Ideal for all levels, Reformer Stretch complements strength-based Pilates classes and supports recovery, balance and longevity in Your practice. Leave feeling relaxed, open and as Joseph Pilates intended, supple as a cat. 40 minutes. Age 16+
BARRE BURN
Barre Burn is a dynamic, high-energy barre class that delivers a full-body workout using the ballet barre and props. This fast-paced class blends elements of Pilates, dance-inspired movement, cardio and strength training to create an uplifting and rewarding barre workout. Through a mix of higher- and lower-intensity sequences, Barre Burn is designed to elevate the heart rate, build lean muscle strength and support improved posture, flexibility and overall fitness. Expect precise, controlled movements, energising transitions and that signature barre burn – finished with glowing skin, rosy cheeks and delightfully jelly legs. No previous ballet or dance experience is required. Barre Burn is suitable for all fitness levels and is especially popular with teens looking for a fun, confidence-boosting workout. 40 minutes. STRENGTH MAT PILATES
Strength Mat Pilates is designed to build full-body strength, stability and deep core connection. Using a range of props including dumbbells, booty bands, Pilates balls and sliders, this dynamic mat Pilates class delivers a controlled yet challenging workout with smart sequencing and purposeful movement. This strength-based Pilates class is suitable for all levels, with options and progressions offered throughout so You can work at Your own pace while feeling supported to level up when ready. Expect a strong, sweaty and deeply effective session that challenges the muscles while maintaining precision and control. Strength Mat is ideal for anyone looking to build lean muscle, improve posture, enhance core strength and complement their Reformer Pilates practice. You will leave feeling invigorated and definitely rosy-cheeked. 40 minutes. Age 13+
PRENATAL & POSTNATAL CLASSES
Pre and postnatal members are welcome to attend a selection of our Pilates classes, including Total Body Reformer, Stretch Reformer, Strength Mat and Barre Burn. These carefully guided classes support strength, mobility and overall wellbeing throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period. Our experienced Instructors offer appropriate options to help You feel supported, energised and connected to Your body during every stage of Your pregnancy journey and beyond. Please let Your Instructor know if you are pregnant or postnatal prior to attending class.
For safety, all pre and postnatal members are required to email their clearance to exercise from a GP or Obstetrician before their first class to studio@addictedtopilates.com.au
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flow-based yoga practice that builds warmth in the body through continuous movement and strength-focused poses. Each class links movement with breath, creating a smooth, rhythmic flow that supports flexibility, muscular strength and postural awareness while helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. This thoughtfully sequenced yoga class encourages balance, coordination and mindful movement, allowing You to move with intention rather than rush through poses. As the class progresses, You will experience a mix of standing flows, strength-building sequences and mobility-focused stretches designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing. The practice finishes with longer stretches, a guided cool down and a restorative savasana, leaving You feeling open, grounded and energised. Vinyasa Yoga is suitable for a wide range of experience levels and is ideal for those looking to complement Pilates training, build strength, flexibility and mobility, or enjoy a moving meditation that brings clarity and calm. 60 minutes. Age 16+
PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
Our Private Reformer Pilates sessions offer a fully personalised Pilates experience, designed specifically around Your body, goals and movement needs. Working one-on-one with an experienced Instructor, each session is individually programmed to support strength, mobility, technique and confidence on the Reformer Pilates machine. Private Pilates classes allow You to move at Your own pace, receive detailed instruction and ask questions throughout the session. These sessions are ideal for beginners to Pilates, those returning after a break, injury support, pre and postnatal training or anyone seeking a more tailored Pilates experience. We also offer Semi-Private Reformer Pilates for up to two clients, allowing You to train alongside a friend or family member while still receiving personalised guidance and individual attention.

Whether the topic is core activation, nutrition, menopause, pelvic floor, breathing, a women’s circle, core activation, mobility, mindfulness & wellbeing, to name but a few topics, we always keep learning about our bodies and minds in the Studio. Suggestions for topics and collaborations are always welcome.
