10. PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment — including all instalments in a payment plan — must be completed before a Certificate of Completion can be issued.
11. REFUND POLICY
All course purchases are final. Addicted to Pilates does not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations for any course, whether purchased online or in person. Our courses include immediate access to digital content and limited places in our in-person intakes; therefore, all enrolments are non-refundable.
11.1 In-Person Intakes
If a significant and unexpected personal circumstance occurs before the face-to-face component begins and you have not accessed any online course materials, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future intake or to an online alternative, subject to availability. Evidence of circumstances will be required.
11.2 Online Courses
Once online course access has been activated — including access to any materials, modules or manuals — refunds and transfers are not available under any circumstances.
11.3 After Online Access or Face-to-Face Commencement
Once you have accessed the online content or commenced any face-to-face training, no refunds, transfers, or deferrals are possible.
12. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment plan instalment fails, you have 7 days to resolve the outstanding balance. If payment is not brought up to date, you will be unenrolled, and no refunds will be issued. Certificates cannot be provided until all payments are completed.
13. COURSE COMPLETION AND ASSESSMENT
You must complete 100% of the course content and all assessments, including the logging of practical hours, to receive certification.
For online courses, you have one year from the date of enrolment to complete all content and assessments. For bundle courses, the deadline is 18 months.
For in-person courses, call content and assessments have to be completed within 6 weeks of the last day of the face-to-face course.
If initially deemed not competent, you may repeat your final assessment within 12 months of enrolment until competence is achieved.
14. REASSESSMENT
If you are deemed not competent, feedback will be provided. Reassessments must occur within 12 months of enrolment for all single courses and within 18 months for bundle courses.
For face-to-face courses, if you cannot attend the final assessment day, you may join the next intake’s assessment day subject to availability or submit a video assessment with a minimum of 3 participants.
A $250 reassessment fee applies to in-person assessments submitted after the last face to face course day and for online courses when course participants need an extension.
15. PARTICIPANT HEALTH AND WELLBEING
You are responsible for seeking medical advice before enrolling if unsure about your ability to participate in exercise.
You must inform Addicted to Pilates of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or risks prior to participating in classes, practice teaching, or assessments. Participation with medical conditions is entirely at your own risk and medical clearance is strongly recommended.
